We are delighted to announce a 6-week, evening summer acting
for film/tv class in Abbeyhill, Edinburgh. Max 12 places.
This 6-week course is carefully designed to improve your understanding of areas such as:
- How great screen performances are created
- How a film set works
- What everybody does on a film shoot
- Camera angles & shot sizes
- Eyelines & working with the camera
- On set protocol & shooting procedure
- Modifying stage technique for screen
- How to research/write a basic character biog/deepening character work
- The use of scene intentions, action verbs, as ifs and obstacles
- How to analyse a film/tv script and prepare for your role
- Self-tapes
